The Australian and Tasmanian Governments are continuing their co-investment with a total of $136M for Infrastructure Investment Funding in the Tasmanian Freight Rail Revitalisation Program (TFRRP). This investment will see priority sections of the Tasmanian Rail Network upgraded over the four years to 30 June 2023. The Senior Project Manager will have accountability for the construction of the $40M Burnie Ship-Loader Project. This role will suit a candidate with significant experience delivering high-profile infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders. The role will lead and drive the approvals and design phases of the project, followed by the delivery of the new Ship Loader. The role will also include other TasRail Asset Upgrade projects. This role will suit passionate applicants from a variety of engineering or extensive trade and technical backgrounds, particularly those with strong project, contractor and stakeholder management experience.
