About the role We are excited to share a unique opportunity for a Metering Delivery Lead, leading a team to provide effective, efficient and value-adding metering services to Aurora Energy customers across Tasmania. In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership to the Metering Delivery team and champion focus on strategic delivery in a manner aligned to our values.
- Provide technical advice to resolve metering issues in the field, as well as enhancing capability and knowledge within the metering team.
- Manage relationships with Service Providers and ensure that a compliant and effective field practice is in place for meter and provide technical solutions for complex metering installations to ensure customers maintain supply.
- Provide technical input into policy decisions to ensure the best outcome for Aurora Energy and its customers, as well as representing Aurora Energy with industry bodies and on working groups.
- Lead the optimisation and enhancement of Metering service processes.
