Responsibilities Include:

 • Review, communicate, and follow up on all product/service complaints
• Identify opportunities of non-compliance and/or new projects
• Maintain updated records of incidents in appropriate reports
• Maintain and correct errors in our data management system
• Create & update spreadsheets, documents, templates
• Perform data entry of files and analysis of records
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

 • Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & database management
• Excellent analytical skills and take initiative to solve problems
• Must Adaptability to a growing and changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
