About the position Uniting AgeWell Ningana are seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to and assist with the coordination of high standards of care and other services for clients and their families. With a strong focus on enhancing client wellbeing, the ideal candidate will be customer focused, reliable and adaptable, motivated and committed to the provision of person centered care. A sound knowledge of ACFI documentation and Commonwealth standards, and the capacity to work well autonomously and in a team environment are essential. Leadership and supervision of Personal Care Workers and EN staff is required as is the promotion of a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care. Benefits of working with UA include:

Selection Criteria Essential: Ability to communicate with all stakeholders including (but not limited to) residents, family, visitors, visiting health practitioners and other staff members Essential: Ability to lead a team which centres on individualised care for residents that promotes choice, independence and dignity of risk Essential: Ability to perform robust audits and implement strategies to promote continuous improvement where audit result indicate gaps Essential: Are you a Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency ?
