Your new company Hays are working with an iconic and widely recognised Launceston establishment with a long history in providing customers with a friendly, social environment and focusing on delivering top quality produce, sourced locally from the Tasmania landscape. Your new role Due to enhancements within the business we’re currently seeking the services of an established Head Chef/ Chef with a proven background in delivering a high-quality menus whilst setting an enjoyable and inclusive workplace. Whilst overseeing the businesses culinary division, it will be your responsibility to drive and motivate a dedicated and long-standing team. What you'll need to succeed You’ll possess the relevant certifications within your chosen field and be available to work on a rotating shift basis. It is paramount that you possess previous mentoring and leadership experience and be able to demonstrate your success exceeding performance indicators. To be successful in this position it is essential that you bring forwards a very honest and trusting nature, take pride in seeing those under your tutelage grow and be comfortable in taking on tasks outside of your core remit. Being passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service will see you quickly being shortlisted for this position.
