Your new company Based in the Hobart CBD, this local Financial Services Business provide premium service to a wide range of clients with the aim to remain a business with a personal touch and also depth of experience and talent. Your new role As the Client Service Officer your core duties will be providing support to the Financial Planners. Reporting into the Director, you’ll be responsible for;

  • Reception duties
  • Work with Financial service systems (XPLAN)
  • General administration including mailing and invoicing
  • Assist with preparation of Statements of Advice
  • Liaison with financial institutions and financial advisers
  • Other adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate, you’ll have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience within financial services. You’ll have excellent time management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience with Xplan will be highly advantageous.
